Priced by the size of the job.
Builds start from R20,000. There is no charge to scope your brief, and nothing starts until the scope and the figure are agreed in writing.
Three sizes, and a custom option.
These are starting figures for the size of a build, not packages and not all-in totals. What moves a brief up a size is scope: how many kinds of user, how many integrations, how many platforms, and how many separate flows have to run against the same data.
- From R20,000One job, one kind of user
- One clearly defined job with one main kind of user — a booking calendar, an intake form that creates the record, or an internal tool with an admin view. Usually web, with the one or two integrations that job actually needs.
- From R40,000Several user types and integrations
- More than one kind of user, each with their own view and permissions — customers and staff, or field and office — several integrations, and more than one flow running against the same data. Booking plus messaging, or a workflow with approvals and hand-offs between teams.
- From R60,000A platform with several moving parts
- A platform with several moving parts: roles on more than one side, Android or iOS alongside web, a wider set of integrations, and a number of workflows running together — a communication platform tied to jobs and bookings, or a marketplace with roles on both sides.
- Custom, quoted from the brief
- Briefs that do not sit inside those sizes are priced on their own. We read what you send, scope it, and put the figure in writing before anything starts.
What the figure covers.
- —The scope and the price agreed in writing before anything starts
- —A working build around one clearly defined job
- —Web, Android and iOS as the brief requires
- —A clean, modern, responsive interface
- —Secure sign-in, user accounts and permissions
- —An admin view so you can see what is happening
- —Booking, scheduling or messaging where the brief calls for it
- —Automated notifications by email, SMS or WhatsApp
- —Integrations with the tools you already use
- —A private preview build before the balance is charged
The build belongs to you at the end of it — the software, the accounts and the admin behind it. What you pay for is the build itself, not a licence to keep using your own software.
You see it working before the balance.
- 01Tell us what it has to doA short brief — what the software must do, who uses it, which platforms you need, and when you want it. No meetings required to get started.
- 02We scope it and price itWe come back with the scope in writing: the job, the screens, the kinds of user, the integrations, the platforms — and what it costs. Builds start from R20,000, and the size of the brief is what decides the figure.
- 03You agree the scope and the quoteNothing starts until the written scope and the quote are agreed. That document is the build: what is in it, what is not, and what it costs. Anything added later is scoped and quoted the same way.
- 04We design and build the working versionWe build the real thing around the job it has to do — not a clickable mock-up and not an off-the-shelf clone. You see progress as it goes up.
- 05Preview before the balanceYou get a private build to put in real hands and test the flows before the balance of the agreed quote is settled. Prepare your change notes from it.
- 06Launch, and it is yoursThe balance of the agreed quote is settled and we publish. The build belongs to you — the software, the accounts and the admin behind it.
Straight answers on cost.
- How much does a Quantide build cost?
- Builds start from R20,000. There are three sizes we quote from — from R20,000, from R40,000 and from R60,000 — and anything that does not sit inside them is quoted as a custom build from your brief. Which size your brief lands in comes down to scope: how many kinds of user, how many integrations, how many platforms and how many separate flows have to run against the same data. You get the scope and the figure in writing before anything starts.
- What decides which price band my build lands in?
- Scope, not features on a list. From R20,000 covers one clearly defined job with one main kind of user and the one or two integrations it needs. From R40,000 covers more than one kind of user, each with their own view and permissions, several integrations and more than one flow running against the same data. From R60,000 covers a platform with several moving parts — roles on more than one side, Android or iOS alongside web, and a number of workflows running together. Anything outside those is quoted on its own.
- Can you give me a price before I send a brief?
- Only the starting point — builds start from R20,000. An accurate figure needs the brief, because the cost follows the scope: what the software has to do, who uses it, which platforms it has to run on and what it has to connect to. Send those and you get the scope and the price in writing, before anything starts.
- Do I pay the full build cost before I see it?
- No. You receive a private working build to put in real hands and test the flows first. The balance of the agreed quote is only charged after that preview, before the software is published.
