Scoped first. Working before you pay the balance.
Custom software goes wrong in two familiar ways: an open-ended scope nobody wrote down, and a build you only see once it is too late to change. We close both of those before the work starts.
Scoped before you commit
You get the scope and the price in writing off the back of your brief. Nothing starts until you have both, so there is no open-ended meter running.
You test it before you pay the balance
The balance of the agreed quote is only charged once you have had a real working build in your hands. You judge it working, not described.
Built for the job, not from a template
We build around the one job the software has to do for your business — your booking rules, your hand-offs, your terminology — rather than bending you to fit a product.
Priced by the size of the job
Three build sizes — from R20,000, R40,000 and R60,000 — and a custom option, priced by scope: how many kinds of user, how many integrations, how many platforms, how many moving parts. You get the figure for your brief, not a range to guess from.
We build the software. That's the whole job.
Quantide is a digital studio — app and website development, automation, custom AI and communication platforms, business automations and custom apps. We hold that line on purpose. A studio that will build you anything ends up good at nothing, and the first thing to suffer is the scope you were quoted.
So we build the thing that runs, and that is where we stop. Brand identity, logo and campaign design are a different craft and not what we take on. If your brief turns out to be that, we will tell you rather than take the work.
And the build is yours — the software, the accounts and the admin behind it. What you pay for is the build itself, not a licence to use your own software.

Start with the brief.
Tell us what it has to do, who uses it and when you need it. We come back with the scope and the price in writing. Builds start from R20,000 and are priced by scope.
